10ml & 30ml Roller:
Apply under feet and a small amount to the chest, upper back, neck or soles of the feet and gently massage into the skin. Use as part of your personal wellness routine.

50ml Spray:
Spray lightly under feet and onto the chest or upper back, keeping away from the face, eyes and broken or irritated skin. Gently massage if desired.
