💧 How to Apply

Roller: Apply a small amount to pulse points such as the wrists, temples and back of the neck. You can also apply lightly to the chest area and along your sinus ducts. Reapply as desired.

Inhale: Roll a small amount onto the palms of your hands, gently rub them together, then cup your hands near your nose and inhale slowly, without touching your eyes or face.

Spray: Lightly mist around your personal space or onto your hands before applying to pulse points. Avoid spraying directly onto the face.
