💧 How to Apply

Roller: Apply a small amount to the soles of the feet, wrists, back of the neck and chest. Gently massage into the skin and allow it to absorb.

Under the feet: Roll onto the soles of the feet, particularly morning and before bedtime, and gently massage in.

Inhale: Roll a small amount onto the palms of your hands, gently rub them together, then cup your hands near your nose and take a few slow breaths. Avoid touching your eyes or face.

Spray: Lightly spray onto your hands first and apply to the desired areas, or mist around your personal space. Avoid spraying directly onto the face.
