🥥 MCT Coconut Oil

MCT coconut oil is used as the carrier oil to provide a lightweight feel and help the blend spread easily and absorb comfortably into the skin.

💧 How to Apply

Sinus area: Apply a very small amount to the skin along the cheekbones and above the eyebrows, staying well away from the eyes, eyelids and nostrils. Gently massage into the skin.

Important: Do not apply inside the nostrils or directly onto the sinus openings. Avoid the delicate skin immediately around the eyes.

Roller: Apply to the cheekbones, above the eyebrows, sides/back of the neck and chest, as desired. Gently massage into the skin.

Under the feet: Roll onto the soles of the feet and gently massage in as part of your wellness routine.

Inhale: Roll a small amount onto the palms of your hands, gently rub them together, then cup your hands near your nose and take a few slow breaths. Keep your hands away from your eyes. 

Spray: Spray onto your hands first and apply to the desired areas, or lightly mist around your personal space. Do not spray directly onto the face.
