💧 How to Apply

Roller: Apply a small amount to the back of the neck, shoulders, wrists and along the back/spine area. Gently massage into the skin.

Under the feet: Roll onto the soles of the feet and gently massage in, especially as part of your evening wind-down or bedtime routine.

Along the spine: Apply a small amount along the back/spine area and gently massage in as part of a relaxing self-care or massage routine.

Inhale: Roll a small amount onto the palms of your hands, gently rub them together, then cup your hands near your nose and take a few slow, comfortable breaths. Avoid touching your eyes or face.

Spray: Lightly mist on your body and gently massage. You can also spray onto your hands and apply to pulse points. Avoid spraying directly onto the face.
