MCT coconut oil is used as the carrier oil to provide a lightweight feel and help the blend spread easily and absorb comfortably into the skin.

💧 How to Apply

Roller: Apply a small amount to the back of the neck, shoulders, wrists and along the back/spine area. Gently massage into the skin as part of your evening routine.

Along the spine: Roll a small amount along the spine/back area and gently massage in. This can be incorporated into a relaxing massage or bedtime routine.

Under the feet: Roll onto the soles of the feet and gently massage in before bedtime.

Inhale: Roll a small amount onto the palms of your hands, gently rub them together, then cup your hands near your nose and take a few slow, comfortable breaths. Avoid touching your eyes.
