💧 How to Apply

Roller Bottle:
Apply a small amount to the legs, focusing on areas where you would like extra soothing care.

• Lower legs and calves
• Around the thighs
• Behind the knees — avoiding any irritated or broken skin
• Ankles and feet

Gently massage into the skin using light, comfortable strokes. Avoid vigorous or deep massage directly over prominent or painful veins.

Spray Bottle:
Spray a small amount onto your hands first, then gently smooth over the legs and other desired areas. Avoid spraying directly onto broken, irritated or sensitive skin.
